Popular singer-songwriter Don Campbell will entertain the audience with an alluring mix of folk rock, adult contemporary and a little bit of country on Thursday, August 16 in Fort Allen Park.
The Fort Allen Park Summer Concert series, scheduled for Thursday evenings through Aug. 30, features a variety of music, from blues to bluegrass and reggae to big band. New this year: burritos, tacos and other fare available for purchase from Hella Good Tacos, free water compliments of Poland Spring and a portable restroom on site.
All concerts begin at 7 p.m. in the Fort Allen Park bandstand on the southeastern end of the Eastern Promenade. In case of cancellation, there will be no makeup dates.
The concerts are presented by Friends of the Eastern Promenade. Thursday’s Band Sponsor is Ocean Gate Realty. The Series Supporter is Cabot Creamery Cooperative.
